I’m a subscriber but I’ve never logged in. What do I do?
  1. Click on the portal link.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your subscription/membership and click on Send:
  3. You will receive a 6-digit authentication code by email:
  4. ​Enter the 6-digit code in the modal to log in:
  5. Then you have access to the portal to manage your subscriptions

Please note: The 6-digit authentication code is valid for 2 minutes. If the code has not been used in 2 minutes, you need to request a new code by going through the login procedure again.
Can I update my subscription myself?

Yes. Once you’re logged in, you can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
I can’t find my account email

Search your inbox for “Sudz Cauldron” and use that email address to log in. If you’re still stuck, email: hello@sudzcauldon.com — we’re happy to help.
What happens to my Subscription Rewards if I cancel my subscription?

Canceling your subscription stops you from earning points on future subscription renewals. Any treatment of points already earned is subject to the Subscription Rewards terms in effect at the time.
Can I use a general reward on a subscription order?

General Sudz Rewards are intended for eligible one-time purchases and cannot be applied toward subscription orders.
Can I use a Subscription Reward on a one-time purchase?

Subscription Rewards are intended for eligible subscription purchases and must be redeemed according to the Subscription Rewards program terms.
Why do subscribers have a separate rewards program?

Subscriptions are designed to reward consistency. Having a separate Subscription Rewards program allows us to offer benefits specifically for customers who choose to keep their favorite bars on repeat, while still rewarding customers who prefer to shop one order at a time.
