Where It Begins – With Shea Butter from Ghana

We source our unrefined, organic shea butter directly from a women-led cooperative in Northern Ghana. These incredible women have passed down the art of shea production through generations, and we’re proud to partner with them through fair trade practices that ensure they’re paid living wages and supported in their work.

We believe that haircare is a necessity, not a luxury, and everyone deserves to feel clean, cared for, and confident.
During our bar-making process, some products come out with little imperfections — a dent here, a rough edge there. But while they may not meet our retail standards, they still deliver the same nourishing, high-quality care.
Rather than discard them, we choose to give them purpose. We donate these perfectly imperfect bars to local charitable organizations right here in Polk County, Florida, getting our products into the hands of those who need them most. Through these partnerships, we help make intentional haircare accessible to underserved communities, because wellness shouldn’t come with a price tag.
