Sudz Cauldron Return and Product Guarantee:
At Sudz Cauldron, your satisfaction and experience mean everything to us. While we encourage mindful purchasing to help reduce environmental impact, we absolutely want you to love your products.
If you’ve tried a bar and it didn’t work out for you, please reach out to us at hello@sudzcauldron.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Bars must have been purchased directly from sudzcauldron.com and you’ll need to provide valid proof of purchase (like your e-receipt).
We offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit for eligible returns, minus shipping costs. Our Fun-Size Bars are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and bars must be returned with at least 75% of their original weight to be eligible. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status and issue either an refund, exchange or store credit accordingly.
Stolen, Lost, and Packages Mailed to Wrong Address:
Please double-check that your mailing address is correct before placing an order. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incompleted aaddress provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund, and we are unable to resend a replacement package.
If you believe your order has been lost or stolen, please reach out to us at hello@sudzcauldron.com. We’re happy to help investigate where things may have gone wrong. However, please note that we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information or for packages that have been stolen after delivery.

Damaged Packages:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your package arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We want to make it right for you as quickly as possible!
