Stolen, Lost, and Packages Mailed to Wrong Address:
Please verify that your mailing address is correct before placing your order. All orders shipped to the wrong address are not eligible for a refund and we will not send you a new package.
If you believe your order has been lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@sudzcauldron.com and we will try to investigate what’s gone wrong. We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen.
Damaged Packages:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you received your parcel damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact hello@sudzcauldron.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence. We handle damage claims on a case by case basis.
