I’m a subscriber but I’ve never logged in. What do I do?
  1. Click on the portal link.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your subscription/membership and click on Send:
  3. You will receive a 6-digit authentication code by email:
  4. ​Enter the 6-digit code in the modal to log in:
  5. Then you have access to the portal to manage your subscriptions

Please note: The 6-digit authentication code is valid for 2 minutes. If the code has not been used in 2 minutes, you need to request a new code by going through the login procedure again.
Can I update my subscription myself?

Yes. Once you’re logged in, you can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
I can’t find my account email

Search your inbox for “Sudz Cauldron” and use that email address to log in. If you’re still stuck, email: hello@sudzcauldon.com — we’re happy to help.
